A Heart That Beats For You

Three years ago, Thea was rescued by Michael. She worked to support him, saved for his surgery, and fell in love. Little did she know this was just his lost bet, dating a poor girl and making her provide for him. When the truth came out, Thea ended it. Torn between pride and longing, Michael harassed her to return. Thea's adoptive brother Josh genuinely cared for her, sparking Michael's jealousy. Michael's fiancée, consumed by envy, staged a car crash to kill Thea. Both men saved her, but Josh needed a heart transplant to survive. Thea vowed to die with Josh if he didn't make it. Realizing he'd lost her forever, Michael donated his own heart to save Josh, letting it stay with Thea for life.
